Approach and Specialisms
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be facing a specific problem or challenge or you could be feeling generally stuck or distressed. Whatever your reasons, you will be met with empathy, warmth and acceptance. I believe therapy to be a collaborative process and together we can create a welcoming space to talk open and free, and in doing so empower you to gain greater insight into your difficulties. As an integrative therapist I am able to utilise my expertise of humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural models of therapy to tailor the work best suited to your individual needs and goals.

My particular areas of experience and research interest lie in work-related stress and workplace difficulties. In addition, I have many years of experience supporting university and PhD students.
