Insurance and Fees

Appointments are payable via cash or card prior to our appointment.
​
Service fees are reviewed annually, and new rates are introduced on the 1st of August; I regret that these are not negotiable.
​
I am registered with several private medical insurers, including Aviva, WPA, Cigna, and AXA (with a top-up pay for the initial assessment). If you intend to make a claim, please check your coverage and establish the appropriate administrative procedures before treatment.

Location and Availability

Appointments are offered in person in Cambridge Central or Online on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Cancellations
​
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booked appointment, please contact me as soon as possible by using the contact form or sending a direct email.
​
Please note that if you do not give at least 48 hours notice of your cancellation, your session will be charged in full.

I am unable to offer a service to people who are in crisis. If you feel you cannot keep yourself safe, you must contact your GP, local A&E or local crisis team.
